Solid Control Tank

The solid control tank is a key component of the drilling fluid circulation system, designed to receive, store, and process drilling fluid returned from the wellbore. Manufactured in compliance with API standards and environmental regulations, this tank incorporates multiple compartments with weir plates and baffles to optimize settling time and fluid flow. The tank is equipped with agitators to maintain uniform fluid properties, suction lines for downstream processing equipment, and return lines for cleaned fluid. Configured as part of an integrated solids control system, the tank works in conjunction with shale shakers, desanders, desilters, and centrifuges to remove drill solids and maintain fluid properties within specification.
