Reverse drilling method
• Principle: Use a circular drill bit with carbide welded at the bottom to drill. When drilling, the vehicle-mounted drilling rig needs to apply a certain production pressure to ensure that the drill bit can cut into the rock and soil layers and achieve stable drilling.
• Operation process: The vehicle-mounted drilling rig places the drill bit at the drilling position. After applying production pressure, the drill bit begins to rotate and cut the rock and soil layers, and the debris is discharged out of the drill hole.
• Features: High stability, suitable for various rock and soil layers, high accuracy, and relatively simple operation.
Flush drilling method
• Principle: The vehicle-mounted drilling rig uses high-pressure water flow to impact the soil layer at the bottom of the hole, destroying the soil structure, causing the soil particles to be suspended and circulated out of the hole with the water flow to achieve the purpose of drilling.
• Operation process: Use high-pressure water flow to impact the soil layer at the bottom of the hole to loosen and suspend it in the water flow, and then discharge it out of the borehole with the water flow.
• Features: Suitable for loose soil layers such as soft soil, with fast drilling speed but relatively low accuracy.
Impact drilling method:
• Principle: Through the gravity of the drilling tool and the impact force generated during the falling process, the drill bit impacts the rock and soil at the bottom of the hole and damages it, thereby achieving drilling.
• Operation process: The truck-mounted drilling rig releases the gravity of the drilling tool to the bottom of the hole, and the impact force generated breaks the rock and soil layers, and then the drilling tool is lifted again to remove debris.
• Features: Simple operation, suitable for various rocks and soil layers, but requires high stability of the equipment.
Oscillation drilling method:
• Principle: The vehicle-mounted drilling rig uses the oscillating force generated by mechanical power and transmits it to the drill bit through the drilling tool and connecting rod, thereby breaking the soil rock and increasing the drilling speed.
• Operation process: The drill bit is pushed into the rock and soil layer through oscillating force to break and penetrate the rock.
• Features: Fast drilling speed, suitable for hard rocks and hard soil layers, but requires strong mechanical power support.
