Description
This oil pump jack integrates the functionality of a conventional pumping unit with that of a front-mounted configuration, enabling a single unit to perform oil extraction operations simultaneously on two adjacent wells.
Designed as a double horse head pumping unit, it is suitable for crude oil with medium to low viscosity, as well as high water content crude oil. Compared to conventional single horse head pumping units of the same type, the stroke length is increased by approximately 70%, resulting in significantly improved pumping efficiency. Additionally, the double horse head design offers superior balance performance, reducing the actual working power requirement by up to 50% and lowering energy consumption by 20% to 30%, thereby delivering substantial savings in production costs.
This pumping unit is manufactured in strict compliance with API Spec 11E and Q/SL1316-2002 standards, ensuring reliable performance and consistent quality.

This pumping unit features an adjustable beam that can be extended to accommodate well spacing ranging from 6 to 13 meters. In addition to its dual-well capability, it is also fully suitable for single-well oil extraction operations.

The unit is equipped with a trouble-free crank pin design, which effectively eliminates the risk of pin detachment commonly associated with traditional crank pins, thereby preventing pumping unit overturning accidents and enhancing operational safety.

A motor base adjustment device is also incorporated, allowing for safe and convenient belt installation while helping to avoid hand injury accidents during routine maintenance.
Applications
In December 2008, we tested a SCYJ-8-3-37HB double horse head pumping unit in the No.34-10 and No.+34-8 oil wells of Xinli Oil Production Plant in Jilin Oilfield. Then in the next 4 years of use, it only consumed 130.8 KWh per day, compared with the pumping units (206.69KWh per day) used before the test, it can save 76.89KWh per day on average, the power saving rate is 37.2%.
